Profile
The city of San Juan is the hometown of actor-turned-president Joseph Estrada. It is located at the center
of Metro Manila. On the north and east, it is bounded by Quezon City; on the south
by Mandaluyong and on the west by Manila.
It has a total land area of 10.4 square kilometers. It is composed of 21 barangays. This historic city was the site of the
first battle between the Katipuneros and the Spaniards during the Philippine Revolution in 1896.

San Juan is home to Camp Crame, the headquarters of the Philippine National Police.
Greenhills Shopping Center is popular for its year-round bazaar of assorted merchandise from apparels to
semi-precious stones. Surrounding the center are residential subdivisions of the rich and famous. It is also in this
area where high rise condominiums are located.
Business Opportunities
San Juan needs investors in real estate such as mass housing. commercisl complexes, hotels and other tourist
facilities. It also welcomes investors in call centers and other technology-related ventures such as medical transcription, software development
and animation studio.
