San Juan is a 5th class municipality located in the western coast of Siquijor province.
It is bounded on the north by the provincial capital, Siquijor town, on the east by Lazi, and on the southwest by Sulu Sea.
It has a total land area of square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 15 barangays.
