President Quirino is a 4th class municipality located on the eastern part of Sultan Kudarat Province.
It is bounded on the north and on the east by the province of Maguindanao, on the south by the town of Lutayan, and on the west by Tacurong City.
It has a total land area of square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 19 barangays.
