Narvacan is a 2nd class municipality located in central coast of Ilocos Sur Province, around 375 kilometers
north of Manila. It is bounded on the north by Santa and Abra Province, on the east by Nagbukel, on the south by Santa
Maria, and on the west by South China Sea.
It has a total land area of 122 square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 34 barangays.
