Munoz City is situated in the northern part of Nueva Ecija in Central Luzon
Region. It is accessible from Manila through the Maharlika Highway and from Pangasinan
Province through a secondary Natioanl Highway. The city is located 147 kilometers north of Manila
and 30 kilometers north of Cabanatuan City.
The city has a total land area of 163 square kilometers and is composed of 37 barangays. Majority of these
barangays are considered as rural areas. Topography is generally flat with some low-lying hills. The landscape includes several inland bodies of water
like Baliwag, Panlasian and Cumabol rivers.
 City Hall
Agriculture is the primary economic activity of the people. Main products are rice, garlic, onion,
peanut, corn, livestock and poultry. Fishisng is done in the rivers and in fishponds, Agro-industrial activities include
dairy production, fruit and vegetable processing, meat processing, and bamboo craft making.
