Malabon City is located in the northwestern part of Metro Manila. It is bounded on the north by the town of Obando in the province of Bulacan, on the east by Valenzuela City, on the south by Caloocan City, and on the west by Navotas City. It has a total land area of 15.7 square kilometers.

The city is a bustling industrial enclave. The famous Rufina Patis (fish sauce) is made in Malabon. Other manufactured products are canned sardines, vegetable oils, detergents, plastic products, and packaging materials.

The city of Malabon needs investors in modern commercial complexes, mass housing, and tourist-related ventures such as hotels and entertainment facilities. It also welcomes investment in technology-related ventures such as call centers, animation studios, and software development. Since the city is home to many factories, the establishment of training centers as well as engineering services can be viable in this city.
