Luba is a 5th class municipality located on the southern part of Abra Province.
It is bounded on the northwest by Villaviciosa, on the north by Manabo, on the east by Boliney, on the southeast by Tubo,
and on the southwest by the province of Ilocos Sur.
It has a total land area of 128 square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 8 barangays.
