The town of Hungduan is located in the northwestern part of Ifugao Province. The town is bounded on the north by Mountain Province, on the east by the municipality of Banaue and Hingyon, on the south by Kiangan and Tinoc, and on the west by Benguet Province. The town is one of the least populated town of the province and is politically subdivided into 9 barangays. The town celebrates the Tungo ad Hungduan Festival during the month of April.
