Guagua is a 1st class municipality located on the central part of Pampanga Province. It is bounded on the north by Porac, Santa Rita, and Bacolor, on the east by Minalin, on the south by Sasmuan and Lubao, and on the west by Floridablanca. The town is situated 77 kilometers north of Manila. It has a total land area of 31 square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 31 barangays.
