Enrile is a 4th class municipality located in the southern part of Cagayan Province. It is bounded on the
northwest by Solana, on the northeast by Tuguegarao City, on the south by Isabela Province, and on the west by Kalinga Province.
It has a total land area of 184 square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 22 barangays.
The town is situated 500 kilometers north of Manila and 13 kilometers south of Tuguegarao City, the provincial capital.
