As an urbanized municipality, Commerce and industry are the main economic activity in the town. Several multinational companies
are located here such as Nestle, Wyeth, Procter and Gamble, and Epson. Other large enterprises with plants in Cabuyao are Asia Brewery and Tanduay.
The town is home to several commercial complexes and housing subdivisions.
With the presence of many industries, the influx of more people to this town is expected. Investors can put up mass housing projects and commercial
complexes to cater to the needs of an increasing population. They can also establish support services such as machine shops and training centers that would
complement existing factories and other establishments.
