Alicia is a 4th class municipality located on the eastern part of Bohol Province.
It is bounded on the north by the town of Ubay, on the east by Mabini, on the south by Candijay, and on the west by Pilar.
It has a total land area of square kilometers and is politically subdivided into 15 barangays.
